In an effort to meet the challenges of the COVID-19 outbreak we are announcing the following changes effective March 19 to our Retail, Residential and Commercial Service departments. Contract glass operations are unchanged.
- Showroom customers are asked to stop at the tables limiting their distance to the front counter. This is for safety purposes.
- Effective March 19 we will suspend home and job site visits for new work. We plan to resume these site visits on June 1st, this may be subject to change. Existing orders will be completed and scheduled as normally planned.
- Emergency repair and emergency glass replacement requests will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
We strive to take care of our customers and our employees and are committed to completing any existing work. In the event we are prohibited from completing our work due to changing conditions we will do our best to complete the work when conditions allow.
